Battle Bards Episode 24: World Of Warcraft Part II

Battle Bards

A new episode of Battle Bards is live!

Can you believe also that our podcast is a year old? This week, we’re returning to Azeroth, because let’s face it, we could be covering the music of World of Warcraft with a show featuring it every year and we’ll still never be able to cover all the amazing music in this game. With soundtracks for the main game and all its expansions plus a couple more besides, that’s a lot of damn songs. We’re here with more of our favorites, and afterwards be sure to stay tuned as Syp, Syl and I recall our most memorable moments from a year of Battle Bards.

Episode 24 show notes

  • Outro (Argent Tournament intro)

  1. I love this series on Warcraft. Some really great music in that game. its kinda true for all their games …but yeah, great stuff. I like some of the descriptions you guys give too about the tone the music sets (Syl remarked about the song sounding like a fantasy in the beginning but transforming into something else as it played). Good stuff guys 🙂

  2. The WoW music is iconic, for sure. Now, I do like most of it and I do like listening to the in-game music while playing, but some of it just gets tiresom.. such as the Stormwind city music. I long ago decided I would just get a hold of the soundtrack to play from winamp. That way I can decide which tracks I really could do without.
